It's all laid out for you as Sticky Posts in several of the developer forums.

Hi Peardox

 

We currently have 2 ranking programs.

 

In order to be part of the Develloper ranking program you simply have to reply with your request in the topic that JSanders posted:

The actual Structure itself looks like – not the calculations, but the ladder so that members will be able to tell what level they will Rank to next and also assess other members rankings when reviewing posts. Below is the list of current Ranks titles for members in the BlackBerry Support Community:

Hall of Famer I
Guru III
Guru II
Guru I
Elite III
Elite II
Elite I
Forums Veteran III
Forums Veteran II
Forums Veteran I
Forums Advisor III
Forums Advisor II

The other User Rank you might see on the Community is the ‘Developer’ Rank. The Rank Structure itself runs much the same, however, are identified by Levels 1-6. For more information or to join the Developer Rank Structure

I was just searching for the ranking process in Blackberry supportforums.
And I found five different post regarding the Ranking Process.
So I have post in each post.
I don't know whether it is old thread or dead thread...I just think this will help viewers to find solution.

If this is not the actual process, Please post the correct process..

Oh, you can view the date of the last post, second line in the post itself. For instance this thread had been dead for about 15 months.
