I don't see "insert code" and insert image from computer buttons on that link, maybe those are RIM's (broken) extensions? As for tables, they work there, but not in the BB forums.

I just sent a private message with a code snippet and the formatting is lost, even when viewing it in IE 9 -- it's kind of hopeless, you should just switch to something like gist.github.com but of course we more private sharing options.

I sent it private because it's confidential. But the HTML contains only simple text inside of the message-body DIV with the following special characters here and there (they are automatically inserted by your editor):

you should not insert HTML entities. They are processed back by the WYSYWIG editor.

fAs you can see, the whole is prefixed by the <pre> element, which was not the case in your example. And there is no <wbr> element either.

Anyways, I am just a forum contributor just like you are, I am not working for RIM, I am not a moderator, and the strongest of all, I do not have the issue you are suffering from with my browsers.

I am not willing to help you if you are not willing to get help from me. I wish someone with more legitimacy will reply to you and hopefully solve your issue.
