I also would like to cancel my registration or change my screen name.  I did not realize my name would appear as my user name.  Help!!!

Help!!

Perhaps you can help with another problem I am having.  I am on my 4th BlackBerry Storm in 20 months.  I had purchased several games and when I got my new phone the games were gone.  I tried to repurchase a couple and I keep getting error message 3300 - contact App World customer service.  I cannot find or locate anyway to get customer service.  My paypal account is fine - no problem.  Any Suggestions

Here is the the article you need to fir the 3300 error.  Once you get your name changed ask if your question can be move to the AppWorld discussion forums to get better help.

 KB20712  Error ID: 3300

This is caused when trying to purchase an application without being logged into My World within BlackBerry App World.

The following steps will resolve this error message:
  1. Open BlackBerry App World.
  2. Press the Menu key and select My World.
  3. Press the Menu key and select Log In.
  4. Enter a PayPal username (email address) and password.

Once logged into MyWorld with PayPal credentials try installing the application again.
