I've been trying to send this screen shot but I don't have the option "From My Computer" when I click on the tree.

You should have three tabs...

• from my computer
• from my uploaded images
• from another site

Smart app, it saves the img quickly the only problem is the email request doesn't work . Another thing application asked to save give access to personal information before the download like all the other apps ; since its a screenshot smartphone app hope it doesn't saves screenshots with our permission

It will not.

However if you are not comfortable with this screenshot app, there are at least a half-dozen apps in AppWorld which do the same.
