Hello, I have just registered for this forum, although this is the second BlackBerry phone I've owed. My question is regarding the forums when accesed from my device itself.
When I try to go in from my phone, it says I've been banned from the forums because I've violated the TOS.
The thing is I've never even used the forums before from my device, or my computer, before now. In fact this is my first ever post.
How could I have vioated TOS and be banned when I've never even used the forums? And I can't log in either, because it won't let me past the page that tells me I'm banned.
This phone was new, and I've had the same phone number since back before BlackBerry phones even existed. My current phone is the 8th mobile device I've owned with this number.
Any suggestions? If anything changes, I'll update this message.
