Not receiving emails

Received an email from Blackberry to validate the password for my ID user or won't reveive emails on my device. Even if a write the right password it says it is wrong. Tried to reset my password ask's me a question . Answers the right one says its wrong. How to I reset if my password and to the answer to the question to reset the password is wrong....

resent Activation , Or maybe you Input wrong email when registration.

Try signing into the Bell BIS site Bell BIS   and checking on your email and password to confirm what they are.  This will allow you to check on the username and password set up with Bell.  Also send Service Books to your device.
