Copying your contacts to SIM, if the first place, is a weak function, even IF you could copy all of them at one time as you prefer. When you copy your contacts to the SIM, the SIM will ONLY hold one phone number per name, will hold no email addresses or other contact information other than name and phone number. So if you email address, a physical address or other contact data.. it is not copied. A preferred method to do this is by exporting your address book via the BlackBerry Desktop Software to an ASCII file, or to Outlook, MS Address Book, Gmail or Yahoo contacts. You can see, there are many other preferable export options than copy to SIM card.
Another method is to backup your Address Book using the BlackBerry Desktop Software and from the backup file, using one of three paid or commercially free PC applications to extract the data you want.
