feature request - forum/knowledge base link (for notifications)

There are a couple issues I've run into on my Z10 for which there are knowledge base articles describing the problem and indicating that there is no resolution or timeframe for a fix yet.

It would be really nice if I could subscribe to a KB article like I can to a forum thread so that I could receive notifications on any updates to the issue the KB article describes.

Hi torpesco,

You can subscribe to the RSS feeds which will notify you on the updates of new KB articles. Head to the link provided here and subscribe to your preferred group of articles: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/btsc/cust/rss_subscribe.jsp

Nice, thanks. Not as fine-grained as notifications on a single article, but definitely helpful.
