I have more than 40 accounts on my Office 365 plan that uses BES from BBCS, and all these accounts are actually unable to send or receive messages.
Do we have any problem? It's not a carrier or Microsoft problem, how can I diagnose it?

BES 12 and BES 5.0.4 with Exchange 2010 and SQL 2012 Hyper V
