All my 40 accounts can not sync messagens, BBCS problem?

Hi masters


I have more than 40 accounts on my Office 365 plan that uses BES from BBCS, and all these accounts are actually unable to send or receive messages.


Do we have any problem? It's not a carrier or Microsoft problem, how can I diagnose it?


Edit: problem solved after 5 hours
