BB Cloud service for Office 365 is down since yesterday 4pm (GMT +8).
Have not had an email coming in and also not been able to send out any emails.
However POP / IMAP / EWS accounts configured directly via BIS works perfectly.
This outage is hitting almost 24 hours.

Got the following fix which worked from BB support:
Failed to resolve name: AsyncRequestException - The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.
This matches the following KnowledgeBase article:
