Is there anyone willing to assist me with the following issue: I am trying to set up a new email address and it seems that the BB server does not like my TLD: rock4you.ro
My email address is EDIT: Removed personal information to comply with Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions of Use.
I fill in all the required details as instructed but it does not work stating that there is a problem with the filled in values.
I have several websites and email addresses on the same server, with the same settings, the same specifications and they work. Is there any filtration that prevents me from accessing this domain?
I have also tried to set up the email address on www.blackberry.orange.ro application, and I get some errors regarding the fileds although I filled in the correct information.
To whom should I address? Is there anything I can do about it?
