Hi Everyone,
I have a few questions regarding a move from BES to BBCS and wonder whether you could help me? (or point me in the right direction?)
I would like to confirm whether a BIS data plan is required for BBCS, we have migrated to BBCS and are currently on a BES data plan with our network provider however we would like to move to a more affordable data plan since the BES arm of the contract is now redundant. I need to confirm whether just a regular data plan is required (without any BIS or BES service) or whether BIS is required for use of BBCS. We also requires the use of twitter on our handsets and also wanted to confirm whether we need a BIS data plan for this? I have spoken to our Network Provider directly however it is proving difficult to get clear answers to these questions so I would be grateful for any advice on this matter,
Regards,
Nick

in order to use BBCS you need at a minimum a BIS data plan, you can use a BES data plan. So you should be good to downgrade your data plans from BES to BIS.
Twitter will carry on working on the BIS data plan.
