BES data, BBCS-O365, no internet connectivity

I have a BB Curve 8520 with T-Mobile. BES data coverage, Office 365, and the RIM Blackberry Cloud Services for Microsoft Office 365.

The Blackberry CAN send/receive email using BIS to/from my GMail and Verizon FIOS accounts.

The BB is also connected to my Office 365 account via the BBCS, and that works fine as well.

The BB CAN send a BBM to itself using its PIN, and can also do IMs via Google Talk and AIM.

The BB CAN hit the Web2Go site and browse items there.

Unless it is connected to WiFi, the BB CANNOT:

- load webpages from the standard web browser.

- connect to Facebook.

- connect to The Weather Channel.

Basically no app I've tried can connect to the internet via the cellular connection, but all email services and Exchange connections seem to work just fine.

Because some specific data connectivity does work, it seems to me the problem is likely due to policy restrictions somewhere. BUT, I am the admin of the service and I haven't ever configured any restrictive policies. And I just spent a lot of time looking all over the BBCS portal and found nothing there that would let me block the internet from the device user. I did see that the Default IT policy is the policy applied to my account.

What could be the problem preventing my BB from connecting to the internet for apps and the web browser?

Thanks,

Steve
