My company is on Business Cloud Services, for emails, calendar and contact since a fews month.
Since this date, some applications couldn't work, with a message "couldn'f find access point to network". This is very true for Telmap, and VDM. Some others apps are working fine.
My provider as looked for the error, but they didn't find anything.
When I look at the connection state of my Torch, it is :
BIS : Connected on mobile network
BES : Connected on mobile network
But my provider says that I'm not on BES, only on BIS.
I think the problem is there : the Blackberry Business Cloud Services is a pseudo BES, not a real. And then, some applications are tring only on the BES, and then are not working.
Could someone help me ?
