my Cloud Service are down.
I cannot send and receive Mails or perform a regenerate encryption Key. EA activation fails, the etp mail is not collected from the Cloud BES.
A log on to the bas schown that the device always connectet.
My other devices, like an ipad or android, always fine via activesync.
Have any other User the same Issue?

Since yesterday we have some problems. Some (or all users) doesn't receive messages, send messages, etc..
We are in Europe.
I don't know if the problem is in Office365 or BB Business Cloud services (maybe connection between the systems), but would be great if in the BB Cloud webpage will appear an option to send IM to the devices (similar already exists in BES on-premise), to check the connectivity between devices and BB Business Cloud services.. this is a nightmare to try find any response..
Anybody with same problems???

I'm having the same issue on 1 phone out of 10. The 1 user can't send or receive, but everyone else is absolutely fine.
Does any know the correct way to troubleshoot this issue or have any idea how to "get" support without paying out the @#%@?

My Problems ends after 3 Days. All is fine now.
