I'm working on a fool proof way of determining, with little effort, if a problem is on the Carrier side, Office 365 side or BBCS side. I think that what the Device Diagnostic Test does for BES would give me what I I need but am not sure if it work for BBCS. I'm getting a test device to confirm my assumptions but it would be great to have a formal answer with reference to a KB article.
Any thoughts on if it exsits and feedback on its usefullness as a troubleshooting tool?
