Hi
We have a user activated the device ago, and he wiped his device last weekend to update the new os, but now he failed to activate the device now.
We deleted his account from the Blackberry Administration Service, and created account, but when we try to assign the device to his account, the system says "The BlackBerry Administration Service was unable to retrieve specific device attributes from the device that is connected to your computer."
How do we do now?
