Unable to connect to Blackberry Business Cloud Services,

Hi,

 

We have had no emails delivered to any of our blackberry devices since 3pm this afternoon, is there a bigger problem with Business Cloud Services or is it only localised to my organisation?

We lost our BBCS for Office 365 connectivity to devices about 3 hours ago (9:30am EST) as well - not specific to any wireless provider.

It appears office 365 have an exchange service status, showing service degraded, wonder if that has anything to do with it

It was related - they posted this update afterwards on the service health page: Microsoft has received reports of an issue where approximately two percent of customers served from the Americas may experience the inability to connect to Exchange Online while using BlackBerry devices. Exchange Online engineers have identified a probable cause within the Exchange environment and are actively working on a solution to mitigate end-user impact.

Hi to all

I think same problem now.

I lost my bbcs to o365 connectivity from Sunday.

Also my web desktop manger shows me an not updated folder list...

I received mail twice for day.

 

How can I contact a specific support team?
