Wi-Fi problems in Business Cloud Services

Hello,

Recently I've signed up for Office 365 from Microsoft and also subscribed for Blackberry Enterprise Server. All my work is fine, Enterprise activation completed successfully, I can synchronize everything, also I can send and receive e-mails. But there is one more problem with WI-FI. Here is a report.

As you can see, at Enterprise section there is a problem while connecting to that address. Thanks for any response.

Re: Wi-Fi problems in Business Cloud Services

Device to the BlackBerry Router via TCP/IP on port 4101 is used with a wifi router on a LAN.

You dont get that access with a cloud service as the BES is hosted.

Re: Wi-Fi problems in Business Cloud Services

I also have this problem and its a little distressing to hear that it's not supported.

I have a number of users who roam and they rely on wifi access to receive emails rather than paying the crazy roaming data charges.

Is this stated anywhere by RIM?  I did not see anywhere that this was going to be a limitation of the hosted solution.

I consider this the major benefit of having a Wi-Fi enabled device.
