Since moving to Office365/blackberry business cloud my users are telling me that when they try to play attachments that are .wav files (voicemail from our PBX) they get an error indicating they cannot play this type of attachment. If they choose "preview" they are able to play it no problem.
Some googling indicated this was a server configuration issue, but I'm not able to change a lot of settings on the shared server.
Can anyone help me out?
Devices are 8530 and 9900, all on most recent software.
