BB Torch not syncing with Outlook 2011 - MAC

i have moved from Win 7 to MAC. Have been a BB user since 2 years. had no prob syncing my Contacts, Calender tasks & Notes in Outlook 2011 in Windows through the BB Desktop software till now. 

Now that i have moved to MAC OS Lion am unable to sync properly. i get Duplicate contacts, Calender, Tasks & Memo. 

I tried Deleting data on my MAC and uploading from my BB and vice-versa, nothing works.

 

PLEASE help. have Restored, Cleared my BB from Backup atelast 10 times coz teh sync goes wrong each time.
