Desktop Software for Mac

Hi

I want use my BB9360 with Mac (10.8.2) and BB desktop sw (2.4.0 17) and BB9360 (7.1 2039).

Sync of tasks ends always with

"Bei der Synchronisierung von ZERO ist ein Fehler aufgetreten"

Sorry to hear you're having sync issues.

Are you doing a 2 way sync with your Mac or one way from your Mac to your Device?

My German is rusty so am not sure of the exact error produced.

Did you check in your Tasks to make sure there wasn't any blank task or an incomplete task?

2 way sync

may be there are incomplete tasks or blank tasks. It doesn't matter with OL 2k3 sync on WinXP. I'll check it.

Error message:"during synchronizing ZERO an error occurs"

Did you check for blank or incomplete tasks? If not, it would be a good idea to check all your tasks to make sure they have entries.

This error would indicate there is a task that doesn't have the proper information entered to be able to be read to complete the sync.
