Have a Sprint 8330 that I have followed all the steps of loading the new driver and the device is reconized. The issue having is that when syncing contacts and calendar it just sticks in the syncing mode at about 30% of the way and never stops. none of my info is transfered and have worked with RIM and they state they can not ID the issue. they have even replaced my device twice and each time it fails.
I have a blackberry 8830 and a pearl and both those sync up fine. The 8330 fails.
Please advise if there is a resolution out there for this.
Again already running newsest pocketmac and the updated driver.
Hi Jason! This would be a good time to work directly with PocketMac Support , where a rep can directly review what's happening during the sync and help "unblock" it. Often it's as simple as having one field with some bad data, and all it takes is finding it and cleaning it up. Hi, I'm a new owner of a Curve 8330, and first I can't sync to my Mac and after doing everything in this post, my Mac recognice my device, but after the sync it did NOT transfer any of my contacts or calendar. What am I doing wrong?
I have done everything on this forum to get my Curve to sync with my Mac. I downloaded the latest program patch, and installed it, I managed to sync my BlackBerry once, I was so excited I told everyone I knew. The next time I tried to sync my BlackBerry, I can't get it to work. I get the skipping error message.
