Blackberry 8900 "MAC USER"

Hello

I've just downloaded the new Blackberry Desktop Manager for Mac- (and the latest build 1.0.1) and when I have used it-tried twice- I'm  told that all third party sync devices will now not work which would be OK if this one did.

Being told that no Calendar's can be found on my desktop to sync with, when in fact I have both ICal,and Entourage so I cannot sync my calendar on the Blackberry with the desktop.  Also being told that I must activate the "mass storage mode" for media which I have but still no sync for music. Contacts sync fine.

I'm new here and would welcome any suggestions. I have taken the battery out and rebooted twice in addition.

Many Thanks,

Marcs

Re: Blackberry 8900 "MAC USER"

Before you installed DMFM, did you have any other syncing software (PM, MS) on your computer?  If so you will need to delete ALL files associated with those software programs, unistall DM and reinstall.
