My Blackberry Bold 9700, has been displaying a message which says: 'JVM Error 102'. Any suggestions to solve this issue would be very welcome.

Hello Rachanashah and welcome to the BlackBerry® Support Community Forums.
You will need to reinstall your device software to correct this issue.
When you connect your BlackBerry® to your Mac® it can take up to thirty minutes to make a connection. You will select the update option on the dialogue box that appears to reinstall the software.
If you are unable to complete the software reload then it would be recommended you contact your mobile network provider for further investigation and transfer to RIM® for further assistance.
