Desktop Software for Mac

Hi,

please could someone assist me in this.

I have a mac running the latest Blackberry Desktop Software for Mac. And a Bold 9900 on 7.0 bundle 1465. 

The Blackberry Desktop Software says new update available 7.0.0.1672. So i proceed to update the blackberry. It says installing and reboots. But it still has the old version, and the Blackberry Desktop Software still says new version available. (7.0.0.1672) So im going in a loop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I noticed you listed your carrier as T-Mobile UK, this provider does not have the 9900 yet.  Can you explain what provider this 9900 is from so I can better assist in getting that bundle of software

I bought this blackberry bold 9900 in carphonewarehouse which is unlocked and am using a tmobile sim in it

Is the BlackBerry branded at all?  Since the softwares are only available through the brand of the BlackBerry.  

In the mean time, when it says it is updating is it a quick process and reboots?

Its unbranded. when connect to the desktop software on the mac it says new update available. click update and its very quick and reboots and its the same version.
