Can't sync my new curve 9360 with my mac pro.

Mac Pro keeps giving me a message that it doesn't recognize my new phone although I had no problem syncing my curve 9300. 9300 was stolen and I want to sync contacts. Help!!!

Tried that didn't work and I had the tech people working with me.
