Hi, I've had my torch for 18 months now (its my 3rd bb) and love it.

However I've come across an issue i cant resolve. I've tried searching here but there is a lot of info.

I just got a mac book and downloaded the bb desktop manager.

Everything fine so far. WHen i sync the contacts it only transfers 12 into the contacts folder on the mac.

I've tracked this down to the Torch having 2 contact lists for some reason, "default" and "My fone" Default has 12 contacts (the ones sucessfully being synced with the mac contacts book) and "my fone" has 234. these will not appear for some reason.

I think if i can somehow copy all the contacts to either of the contact lists in the fone and delete the other it will resolve the issue? hopefully. but i can find no way of doing this. help please.

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having synchronizing your contacts. You may be able to merge your contact lists for synchronization with the steps in the following article, however you may need access to a Windows computer in order to do this.
