Desktop Manager calendar won't sync! PLEASE HELP!!

I am missing meetings and it's driving me insane to not have my microsoft outlook sync with my blackberr my macbook pro.  I've followed multiple other post instructions and nothing has worked.

Currently the error message reads:

"An error was encountered while syncing Calendar.  Please retry the sync."  Other posts had mentioned to uninstall and reinstall the manager software, restart computer, restart phone.  NOthing has worked and everything is up to date on the software.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties synchronizing your BlackBerry® smartphone data with your Mac®.

 

Ensure sync services are enabled as shown in KB19148 How to synchronize organizer data in Microsoft Office for Mac between the BlackBerry smartphone and a Mac computer using BlackBerry Desktop Software.

 

Are you able to sync with iCal®?
