I've been attempting to sync my Tour 9630 with my iMac, and the error message noted on the above subject line keeps appearing without any success in syncing my Contacts. Any suggestions out there?

FYI -- you've posted this to the device support forum...but BB/Mac integration is such a special issue that it has a forum all to itself. But, don't double-post, we will have this moved momentarily to the correct place:

I am having the same problem but it is my Calendars which will not synch. My Calendars on the iMac are Entourage and iCal. If I enter an event on my Blackberry Tour 9630 and then try to synch, I get the KB19454 message. I have called Apple.
