Help with Palm/Mac

I wasn't sure where to put this, but the Mac forum seemed like the logical place.  I just got my BB Curve 8330 one day ago. I am using a MacBook with OSv.10.4.11. I have been using a Palm Zire (OS v4.2.2) and would like to move everything, (contacts and calendar) to my BB but am having a hard time finding help to do it. The only place I have all the information I need is on the Palm Desktop. Please tell me there's an easy way to do this - I really don't want to spend time manually inputting everything if I don't have to. I have a few years worth of appointments, etc. that I may need as I frequently look up previous years' calendars to check things.

Re: Help with Palm/Mac

I am in the same boat.  I am getting my Blackbrry Bold next week & have a huge number of conatacts on my Palm Treo.

The Treo is synced to both the palm desktop and Outlook as well as my Thunderbird address book.  I would think that one of these applications should be able to port over all of the contacts.  (I have both a PC and a Mac so will play with this on either platform to get my data into the BB.)

I haven't tried it yet but will let you know how it works.  If you find a solution let us know.
