How To Completely Uninstall

Still wrestling with DM - getting full calendar synch but no contacts whatsoever.


Think I've tried everything, but I can't complete a true uninstall of DM.  When I uninstall I get a message that "Uninstall was not successful".  I remove all files and empty trash, but when I reinstall, DM already knows my Blackberry before I connect it, so that leads me to believe that there are residual files.


DM is not showing any contact groups in the dialog box, so I think it simply isn't looking at the address book.


I am at the end of my tether - if I can't resolve this soon the blackberry becomes useless to me.  I'll throw it back to Verizon and demand end of contract, and off to the Mac store I'll go.
