I am not able to sync my BB contacts to my Mac air using the bb desktop software

i have tried sync my Blackberry to transfer all my contacts (about 3000) from my blackberry to my  new Macair contacts(which is blank has no contacts) and the contacts are being transfered to my Mac Air. can anyone advise me how to go about it as i am new to the mac world.

Hello,

 

First of all I would advise you to turn off the "iCloud functionality" in the System preferences of the Mac (as iCloud and the BB desktop software don't go along very well ... to put it mildly).

 

Secondly you should install the Blackberry software on your Mac if not done yet.

 

Then through the BB desktop software sync process, you should be able to transfer your BB contacts into your Mac Address Book application.
