Mac DM Sync problem with iCal

hi,

 

does anyone have this problem where Mac DM doesn't sync correctly with your iCal??

 

my BB will sync but it doesn't get all the stuff from iCal onto my BB

 

same as the other way around

 

new stuff on BB but doesn't show on iCal

 

is there a solution to this??? I really need to use iCal to sync with my BB correctly so I can trust DM and not miss any appointments!!

 

using:

latest ver. Leopard (not snow Leopard)

 

phone:

BB Bold 9000 with OS 5.0

THERE IS A FIX!!  I had this problem and it was driving me crazy!

 

It's an old fix for the same problem from a previous upgrade, but it worked like a charm!  On your Mac...

 

  1. Navigate to <User>/Library/Application Support/
  2. Delete the BlackBerryDesktop folder.
  3. Empty the Trash Bin.
  4. Restart BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

when you restart your desktop manager and go to sync your information make sure you MERGE data since your ical has been cleared out!  OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE EVEYTHING FROM YOUR BB!
