Media Sync won't recognize iTunes

I have my new Storm, BB Desktop Mgr v4.7 and Media Sync 2.0.0.20.  I have iTunes 8.0 loaded on my Parallels running MacBook Pro on both the Mac Side and the PC side and Media Sync is telling me I have to first load iTunes.  It also will not allow me to select "options".  Any ideas? 

Also, will the Storm recognize the iTunes music or only what can be converted to MP3?
