PocketMac unable to see my BB 7100i

Hi Everyone,

 

I have a BB 7100i and am using MacOS 10.4.11.  I downloaded the PocketMac v4.1 and was able to install the program with out any trouble.  When I went to sync to my BB i got the following error message: [07:45:52.186] Unable to connect to BlackBerry (error 1); skipping.

 

I am connecting using a USB port and am not sure what the problem is.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
