PocketMac won't run...tried everything.

I have a Curve 8900 and tried to install PocketMac to my laptop. I downloaded the software and the updated driver but the application keeps "unexpectedly quitting" before it even has a chance to open. When I click on the report, it gives this this error:

 

Application Specific Information:

*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '*** -[NSURL initWithString:relativeToURL:]: nil string parameter'
 
I've read some of the other posts and have tried uninstalling, reinstalling the driver, etc. etc. I am so frustrated.

Did you ever get it fixed?  I have the same problem, but I don't even get an error message.  The icon just jumps twice in the dock and then disappears.
