Hi I have brand new Macbook Pro and downloaded Pocketmac and drivers, worked fine for one time then the program wouldn't open anymore just bounced on dock. Have deleted and re-downloaded a few times and no luck suggestions??
Thanks

I (also) have one of the new (as of 6/2009) aluminum MacBook Pro 15", a BB Curve 8330, and Pocketmac software versions found on the Blackberry page (http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/mac.
The phone seems to be recognized (I can attach it and it asks me if I want to mount the sd card, and pops up the "attached to desktop" window temporarily when I launch PocketMac) but when I attempt to launch any of the sub programs (AddressBookContacts Sync, iCal, EntourageContacts, etc.) they immediately quit on launch with errors. Every sub-program crashes on start, even if the phone isn't plugged in and I'm just trying to configure their preferences.
So... basically I can't sync my blackberry at all with PocketMac at this point.
I can put in the program dump info if anyone thinks it could help.

I'm having similar problem, except mine won't even load for the first time. I use a BB 8110 (Pearl) with v4.3.0.93 and my MacBook is running Mac OS X 10.5.6. I always get the "PocketMac SyncManager quit unexpectedly" error and when I dig into the details, it says:
*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '*** -[NSURL initWithString:relativeToURL:]: nil string parameter'
I'm not too sure what this means but it's really frustrating. I depend on my BB for almost everything and this just criple me back to the stone age.
I hope someone here might be able to lend a hand.

I have the same problem. Does anyone from RIM read these posts?
I am really surprised at how bad their website, downloads, software and support is.
Going iPhone shopping!
