Desktop Software for Mac

I have been using my Blackberry Pearl 8120 with a PC for six months with no problems. I want to migrate the Blackberry to use with my Macbook and have not been able to get the PocketMac for Blackberry to see my device. Any suggestions?

I have been using my BlackBerry Curve with my P/C (outlook 2003) and have just purchased a MACbook. Where can I find instructions on how to switch my Blackberry over to the MAC.  The folks at apples are currently transfering all my files from PC to MAC. May not be much to some but I have 600 contacts and items scheduled in my calendar that I can't afford to lose.

any advise would be greatly appreciated.
