Desktop Software for Mac

Hi Everyone, I just switched to a Mac Book Air with Office 2011 from a Windows 7 with Office 2010 and nothing seems to be working. The BB desktop app doensn't even recognize the Office installation, doesn't syc with apple iCal, Contacts, calendar etc. To say the least it is very frustrating as the guys at the Apple store have no knowledge on this stuff. Anyone has been able to make this work?

Are you receiving any error messages when synchronizing with iCal or Apple Contacts? If so, could you please provide the full error? If you are not receiving an error, could you please verify that you have followed the steps in this user guide to setup your synchronization? http://bbry.lv/U4fYHR
