Tethering BlackBerrys to a PowerPC Mac running 10.4 using Bluetooth

I have noticed that the modem drivers available for OS 10.4 only seem to work with BlackBerry Device software 4.6.0.162 or below.

 

Does anyone have any PowerPC or 10.4 Modem Drivers that work with the new vastly improved BlackBerry Device Software 4.6.0.216?

 

Please advise.
