I updated my Desktop software to Version 7.0 yesterday. Since then I've not been able to sync my organiser data properly with the software hanging while showing the message, "Preparing Sync Preview". Although it looks like the software is doing something, it sits there for as long as I'll allow it.
Any thoughts on a solution and is there a link to go back to the previous version of software please?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with the synchronization process.
Uninstall the current version of BlackBerry® Desktop Manager from your computer and download the previous version 6.1 here.
