Usually googling for BlackBerry Finder will get you links to FlexiSpy and other 3rd party software used to tracking and spying on mobile users.
I have never heard of an official named 'BlackBerry Finder' app, BlackBerry does have an app for tracking your device and backing up remotely The app is called 'BlackBerry Protect'
