installing wireless music sync

Im trying to install wireless music sync on my bb through blackberry desktop software for mac, so i go into device, and applications. when i check off the app and start installing it, i run into the message:

 

"Aborting install due to validation failure. Some packages contained unsatisfied dependencies"

 

After looking around the internet, i read that i have to look through the log on my computer, but the log isnt in the folder!

can someone help me out?

 

btw im on a 9800 torch.
