Hello!
I have been using blackberry desktop manager for mac since it came out.
Last time I cyphered my backup copy, I placed the password I usually use.
Well I was having issues with my handheld so I decided to erase all but when I tried opening the backup copy it says
that the password is incorrect. I know i have the right password bc mac saves a copy of the passwords in the keychain but still the file will not open.
Can anybody help me please?
