9380 Curve - Address Book Contacts Missing After Restore

Only 25 of 90 contacts were restored after selecting "RESTORE" (either from full or select backup files) using BB Desktop Software????
Hardware/Software is a follows:
PC OS Win 7
BB Desktop Software v. 6.1.0.36 (2011.11.07)
BB Curve 9380 Software v.7.0 Bundle 2113 (Telus voice only plan, no data plan)
Need help in resolving this issue.
Have read similar posts with same problem but solutions do not help with finding the missing contacts.
Would not be impressed to have to manually input them again.:smileysad:
