This is a problem that I just discovered. I understand why appointments older than 60 days are deleted from the database on my Curve 6330. However, I just discovered that whenever I sync with my Lotus Notes calendar, the Blackberry Desktop software is also deleting calendar appointments on on my Lotus Notes desktop calendar that are more than 60 days old. My Lotus notes desktop calendar is my sole record of old appointments. How can I set up Blackberry Desktop to sync calendar entries (including task entries and memo entries) without also deleting calendar (and task entries for that matter) entries that are more than 60 days old from my Lotus Notes desktop.
