Applications - Desktop Manager

With my former 8900, when connected to the Desktop Manager I could view all my applications, including options for languages.

Now with my new 9780, I can only see some downloads. How can I get a full report?

double check your

C:\ProgramFiles\CommonFiles\ResearchInMotion\Share d\LoaderFiles\

 

You should see your OS folder installed there. Do you?
