Try changing one more time the sync settings, and sync again.
I had once a problem with sync the calendar when I moved from one time zone to other.
It messed up all even if I did change the time zone. All were doubled.
But then I had to manually get them fixed.
Try to change the sync rules and then sync again the computer with BB.
Kind of frustrating, I know but once you get all done you don't have the problems again :-)

I just got a BB and I am trying to sync my palm to the BB.
Everything is going fine, the dialog box states that it is "Syncing Calender records" and I can see the number of records that are being exported. When it gets to records 2264 of 2318 the BB Desktop & Palm Desktop lock-up. There is no error message.
I deleted all of the calender and contacts that I had put into my BB and this did not resolve the issue.
Palm Desktop version 4.1.4
BB Desktop version 4.5
Please help, I'm I missing something?

Hi
Did you sync first the Palm to Outlook on your PC then sync the Outlook with the BB?
In this thread we had several conversations on sync of BB.
If you flip the messages to the beginning of the thread you might find the response.
